The on the job training (OJT) is provided through visits of DGCA staff/managers to Italy, where the trainees may participate in typical ENAC activities involving the safety and security oversight functions. The study visits, aimed at exploring the functioning of the civil aviation system, are planned on the basis of the feedback emerging from the implemented activities.
